She manages projects on the basis of integrity and excellence, ensuring they deliver the utmost efficiency and yielding more and better results for organisations and their people, which is linked to her commitment to society and her team spirit.

She collaborated in defining the Sapiens methodologies and tools developed by Ferran Adrià and elBullifoundation and participated in the “elBulli1846” project. In addition, she is co-author of the projects “LABulligrafía” and “La Teoría General de la Innovación y la Gestión según Sapiens” [The General Theory of Innovation and Management According to Sapiens].

Sílvia holds an Executive MBA from the ESIC Business and Marketing School, a Master’s in Marketing Management from the EADA Business School, a Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona, and certificates in Strategic and Commercial Development from the IE Business School and Leadership, Innovation and Management from the Innova association. With more than 23 years’ experience in the fields of innovation, marketing and management, Sílvia has successfully managed complex and interdisciplinary teams and projects, and has negotiated collaboration agreements with leading business entities.
