In addition, she is co-author of the digital project \u201cLABulligraf\u00eda\u201d, \u201cLa Teor\u00eda General de la Innovaci\u00f3n y la Gesti\u00f3n seg\u00fan Sapiens\u201d [The General Theory of Innovation and Management According to Sapiens] and \u201cLa Auditor\u00eda Creativa y de Innovaci\u00f3n\u201d [Creative and Innovation Auditing].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00edlvia holds an Executive MBA from ESADE and a Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona. She currently combines her main occupation with research and teaching, and is a collaborator in the Department of General Management and Strategy at the ESADE Business School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During her extensive experience in financial sector companies, in the domains of Digital and Client Marketing and as Director of Company Marketing, she has had the opportunity to manage cross-cutting projects and teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:36px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"font-RedHat has-text-color\" style=\"color:#b66f08\">A more personal note<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity aligncenter w-50\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right has-text-color\" style=\"color:#777777\">\u00a0\u201cI have an incessantly curious and inquiring mind, I learn from everything around me and I have a great will to succeed.
